How do I charge it?
Use the included USB-C cable with any USB wall plug, laptop or power bank. You can keep using the fan while it charges.
Can I charge my phone with it?
Yes! The built-in USB port turns your Ventro into a power bank.
Is it loud?
The brushless motor is smooth and steady. On the highest speed you'll hear a gentle whoosh — on lower speeds it's barely noticeable.
How do I wear it?
Clip it onto your belt or waistband so the air blows up under your shirt, hang it around your neck, or stand it on a desk or table.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: free shipping. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 2–6 business days. New Zealand: free tracked shipping, 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
