We want you to stay cool and happy. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Items must be in good, unused condition with all accessories and original packaging.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your own cost.
- Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or damaged item? Let us know within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
12-month warranty
Every Ventro Pro is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If your fan stops working properly within 12 months of delivery, email us your order number and a photo or short video of the issue and we'll send you a replacement.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
